什么是R值？
"R"值 病毒的再生值是国际医疗界用来监测病毒转播速度的一个数值。再生值越高，病毒传播速度越快。当病毒再生值在1以上时，病毒的传播速度会成几何状增长。当再生值小于1时，病毒的传播则会越来越少，最后逐渐消失。

如果威尔士政府决定实行“fire break”封锁措施，威尔士可能是第一个进入全面封锁状态的英国国家。
什么是fire break 封锁措施？
第一部长称，fire break 封锁措施与circuit breaker封锁措施相同-全国锁定实施约两周，旨在传递“短暂而剧烈的冲击”得以去控制疫情。政府将关闭所有非必要的零售和娱乐场所，与期中休假关闭学校保持一致，并禁止家庭之间的社交活动。

英国“几乎”每天有50,000例冠状病毒病例“最坏的情况”
