Dwell Hotwells House puts you right where the action is. Easy commutes to both unis? Check. Modern student accommodations with bills included? Yup. Social spaces to chill or make new mates, plus a gym to sweat out the stress? All right here. During the 2026/27 academic year, we are planning to carry out building works and refurbishment/renovation works within the property. You will hear noise disruption between 8AM to 6PM Monday to Friday within all blocks of the property. The car park will also be used by contractors so there may be noise disturbance from this too.
