利物浦学生公寓The Paramount公寓重新施工，8月入住的同学将受影响！

Many thanks for choosing to stay with Cloud Student Homes.

We are emailing you in regards to your tenancy agreement, and September arrival for The Paramount, Liverpool.

Cloud Student Homes has very recently been informed by the new owner of The Paramount that they intend to complete the unfinished building with the works beginning in September 2019.  Due to the extensive building works that will be required we have been informed that their intentions are to close the entire Paramount, this means that they have instructed us to ensure that the Paramount building is closed from 13/08/2019 – THIS TUESDAY

We at Cloud Student Homes want to ensure that you are kept fully up to date with the situation that we are currently experiencing with The Paramount

• Falkland House

• Plato House

If you are staying with us for 2019/20 then we can also offer the same room for the remainder of your stay – further information will be provided.

Due to the closure of The Paramount building we need to ensure that both you and your property are being moved from The Paramount and into your temporary accommodation for the remainder of the summer before 11/08/2019 (as we will honour a room for you in another of our properties stated above).

We are currently organising assistance to move you from The Paramount to your new summer accommodation – we will be able to update you soon.
