Job Description

Haidilao is a chain of hot pot restaurants that was founded in Sichuan Province, China in 1994. Renowned for its quality of service and offering customers a unique dining experience, Haidilao has grown to 334 establishments across China. With additional restaurants operating in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea, Japan and USA, Haidilao is one of China’s most successful hot pot restaurant brands that was even the subject of a Harvard Business School case study in 2011. Under the parent company, Sichuan Haidilao Catering Co. Ltd, the restaurant chain that serves up boiling soup broth with meat, seafood, vegetables, and noodles, is on track to achieve a combined turnover of 10 billion yuan (1.1 billion pounds) in 2017.

As part of its international expansion strategy, Haidilao Group is now seeking to expand into UK. In keeping with the Haidilao reputation, the proposed restaurants will offer premium quality, authentic Chinese hot pot dishes, coupled with exceptional customer service, and an engaging yet entertaining customer experience. Moreover, the restaurants will trade seven-days-a-week for lunch and dinner, and be licensed to serve alcohol. Using only fresh and primarily local ingredients that are responsibly sourced and support good farming practices.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Making the noodles and noodle dance whenever customer placed an order (the company will provide with proper training)

2, Traditional Chinese mask performance (the company will provide with proper training)

Capabilities

This candidate should possess of the following;

1. Possess a strong will in mind and able to handle high level of stress

2. Able to handle with fast pace of work

3. Possess of prior experience working in a restaurant and a performer will be an huge advantage

4. Able to communicate clearly and able to work in a team

5. Requires to be send out of UK for training purposes (Estimated period will be 3 months. Meals and Accommodation will be provided)

Welfare and Wages

1. Initial probation period will be 3 months or less if you perform above expectation. During this period you will be paid at £8 / Hr before tax. After probation period you will be paid up to £3000/ month. National insurance and pension will be provided at all times

2. Meals will be provided at all times

3. Staff will be entitled to 50% discount for you and your direct family during dining

4. Additional incentives will be given if your performance exceeded expectation

5. There will be increment for all staff that has work more than 1 year

6. All staff will be entitle to all government-defined holidays and benefits

7. The company adheres to the principle that all managers of the store are selected from the ground and not hired externally, this will provide fair and fair promotion opportunities for all ordinary employees;

8. Excellent employee will be given the opportunity to train at Haidilao University and have the opportunity to be promoted after obtaining the certificate
