确定了！全英58所大学12月开始罢工，12月1日-3日为期3天！

英国58所大学和学院工会(UCU)的成员已经发起了一场罢工行动，如果大学不能好好的解决大学员工的养老金和工资问题，这场罢工行动可能会持续到新年。

目前的罢工事件是从12月1日(星期三)到12月3日(星期五)，参与的英国大学与学院一共是58所，这将对在疫情期间经历了数月线上学习的学生造成新的困扰。

除了三天的罢工外，64所大学的员工也被授权采取罢工以外的行动。这也将从12月1日星期三开始，包括严格按照合同工作和拒绝任何额外的关税。这将无限期地持续5个月，在此期间员工有权采取劳工行动。

这场纠纷的解决办法很简单，如果大学仍打算削减养老金，剥削在疫情期间为这个行业维持下去的员工，那么校园将在圣诞节前面临罢工行动，并将随着重新投票和进一步的罢工行动升级到春季。
