FAQ | 什么是英国学生公寓的rebooker/early bird discount?

洪玮学长(原租房君)：

Eearly Bird Discount（早鸟优惠）定义为：The Early Bird feature allows you to sell a pricing option at a discount/special offer for a limited amount of time. You choose a date when the discount/offer begins, and then a second date when the discount/offer will end and the pricing option will return to full price.

Early Bird也就是说，公寓会在公寓开放预订的早起给早起的鸟儿们（最早预订的同学）一波优惠，按照常理这个优惠是全租期年里面最优惠的时间了。

与此同时，有些公寓还会用给续订的人（rebooker）早鸟优惠，如果你今年住在A公寓，明年继续预订A公寓，一般都是有老租客的优惠或者福利。 最大的好处就是，明年可以不用搬家，续订同一个房间，暑假回国的时候，就有地方可以放行李了。
