如果我在大学里感染了新冠病毒，该怎么办?

我应该多久做一次Covid测试?

大学鼓励学生间隔三到四天进行1次横向流动测试，以减少学生在全国各地流动后传播的风险。

无论是在家里还是在检测中心检测，需要将测试结果报告给NHS测试和追踪系统效。

如果我检测呈阳性怎么样?

如果在过去90天内聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测Covid-19呈阳性，如果没有出现病毒症状，无需再次进行检测。如果您已接种疫苗，将不必进行自我隔离。

但是，如果在进行横向流动检测后检测出阳性，就必须遵守国家对新冠病毒检测结果呈阳性的人的指导方针。

指南指出，即使没有症状，你也应该呆在家里进行自我隔离。你应该安排PCR检测，待在家里直到检测包或你预约的测试地点到达，并等待结果。

强烈建议你不要去上学或公共场所，也不要使用公共交通工具或出租车。

如果被NHS检测和跟踪通知阳性结果，必须完成10天隔离期。

如果不自我隔离会被罚款吗?

可能。政府指导方针称，不遵守自我隔离规定可能会被处以1000英镑起的罚款。

隔离后我需要再做一次测试吗?

如果在PCR检测结果呈阳性后，刚刚完成自我隔离，在感染后的90天内不用再进行PCR检测。因为在感染后的一段时间内，PCR检测仍有可能呈阳性。

隔离期结束后，你需要继续进行每周两次的横向流动测试。

R数字表示每个covid - 19阳性患者继续感染的平均人数。

R值在0.9到1.1之间意味着平均每10个感染者会将病毒传染给9到11个人。

高于1意味着冠状病毒疫情呈指数级增长，但低于1意味着病例率在下降。

但是，最近的增长率是-2% ~ +2%，因此不清楚疫情在英国是在扩大还是缩小。
