陆陆续续有很多同学因为网课／换学校／疫情／延期／换房子／退押金遇到了问题，如果你的房屋中介不管你，那你就发邮件给君君（sky@54zfj.com），我来帮你！（由于很多问题都是要和英国公寓房协商解决的，所以邮件是最方便的！）

请大家在标题里面写清楚：城市+公寓名字+你的名字拼音

请大家在文章正文，写清楚你的问题，越详细越好，减少邮件的反复沟通。邮件中，不必要抱怨XX中介的问题，既然发邮件给君君了，肯定就是要解决问题的，君君对XX中介的如何不靠谱，没有什么兴趣。 能够帮你解决问题，才是王道！

We are very excited to shortly welcome you to true Glasgow, New City Road. The team are busy finalising arrangements and preparations ahead of our formal opening on Friday 10th September.

We are aware that a small and select number of guests had requested an earlier arrival than that of the 10 th September when we formally open. Following a review today with the development team and our construction partners, the level of building activity, testing and commissioning required over the next 2 weeks would result in a poor and potentially disruptive living experience for you. We therefore, have taken the difficult decision to provide you with temporary hotel accommodation until the 10 th September, upon which time we will then transfer you across to your brand new room at true Glasgow.

We recognise that this will be disappointing news but your comfort is our priority and at this time, it is important that we put your best interests first.

We have secured accommodation, including breakfast that will be delivered to your room each morning at Glasgow’s 4 star Jury’s Inn (80 Jamaica Street, Glasgow, G1 4QG). This has been fully pre paid ahead of arrival. As there will be no cooking facilities available to you at the hotel, to support you during your period of quarantine, we have arranged for you to receive a room service daily food allowance of £25 per day to cover lunch/dinner costs. You can order your meals off a pre-set menu directly with the hotel and the food will be delivered to your room. Any additional charges over the value of £25 per day will be due to be paid by yourself upon departure from the hotel.

Please be reassured that there will be a true representative available at Jury’s Inn to help you get checked in and provide any support you may require.
