通知 | UNITE Students全英8处公寓将对外立面施工，期间可能会造成噪音干扰！

各位同学请注意，UNITE Students学生公寓将针对8处学生公寓，于2021-2022年对公寓外立面进行改造，施工工程将于每天的星期一至五上午九点至下午五点进行，期间可能会造成噪音干扰。尽请谅解！ 

Works to the external facade of some of our buildings are being carried out following our most recent independent fire risk assessment (these happen annually), which made recommendations that, as a responsible landlord, we feel we should act on.

We’d like to stress that none of our properties have the same brand or system of external facade as the material used on Grenfell Tower. The building remains safe to occupy and the recommendations made in the audit are not mandatory.

根据我们最近一次独立的火灾风险评估(每年都会进行一次)，我们决定对部分建筑物的外立面进行改造。这是作为一个负责任的房东，我们应该采取的行动。

我们想强调的是，所有公寓都没有与格伦费尔大厦（Grenfell Tower）使用的材料相同的品牌或系统的外立面。该建筑仍然可以安全使用，所有的改造都是建议提并不是强制性的。
