You can cancel for free if…

You’re unable to travel due to a travel ban or medical reasons (including Coronavirus)
Your visa application is unsuccessful
You decide to move to another city
You don’t get into your chosen university

So, if you are thinking about living with us for the next academic year, you can book with confidence with just a £1 deposit and nothing else to pay until 10th August. There are so many great reasons to stay with us from our all-inclusive luxury apartments and suites to our awesome social spaces and first-class experiences.

To cancel outside of the cooling off period, documentation must be provided to confirm one of the above reasons listed.
In some cases, we will cancel the booking if a replacement tenant is found who will take on the rent liability. This decision will be made by the management team at their discretion.
